1. Software Update Policy

  • Our software products (Stellar Designer, Stellar Motion Studio, etc.) receive continuous updates.
  • If your device is connected to the internet, you can receive lifetime updates automatically at no additional cost.
  • Update notifications may appear in the UI when new features or patches are available.

2. Warranty Policy

Hardware controllers such as Stellar X include a limited warranty. Details of the warranty period and coverage will be provided at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

Applicable for digital purchases (if later added):

  • Refunds may be granted only if the product was not used, activated, or downloaded.
  • Hardware returns must follow the instructions provided upon purchase.

4. Security Policy

We follow industry-standard security practices and continuously update protection for software, cloud, and device communication.
